Aegina Leidhecker joined the Loyalsock Township School District Music Department in 1992. Aegina currently serves as the Winds Instructor of the Lancer Marching Band. Aside from helping the Marching Band, Aegina is a retired Music Teacher, teaching instrumental and classroom music for kindergarten through fifth-grade students at Donald E. Schick Elementary School. Aegina currently serves as the coordinator of Uptown Music Collective's Early Childhood Music program. Outside of her teaching, Aegina performs with the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra as a member of the flute section. Aegina studied Music Education at Mansfield University. She and her husband Bob currently reside in Loyalsock, having raised their two sons, Chris and Jeremy (both also accomplished professional musicians), in the Loyalsock Township School District.
