​Mike McNeill joined the Loyalsock Lancer Band in 2014 as a field instructor. After completing his bachelor's degree from Penn State, Mike now works as an EMT in Delaware and has taken a more long distance approach to the Lancer Band, serving on the Show Design Team and as a Staff Consultant. Mike brings a wealth of marching band experience to Loyalsock, having marched baritone with the 10-Time World Champion Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. He was a member of the 2011 World Champion Cadets. When not working or teaching Loyalsock, Mike has also served as a Visual Instructor for the Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps. Mike looks forward to aiding in the continued success of the Lancer Marching Band for many years to come.
