Phill Haney joined the Lancer Marching Band Staff in the Summer of 2016. Phill discovered his passion for marching band at Notre Dame High School in Easton, PA where he marched for six years competing in Cavalcade of Bands, Tournament of Bands, and USBands. After high school, Phill spent two years with the Northampton Area High School Marching Band as a Brass and Visual Instructor. Phill studied trombone and tuba in the Low Brass Studio at Millersville University under the tutelage of John Lemke. Phill has also marched with the World Champion Reading Buccaneers, where he won the 2014 DCA World Championship in Rochester, NY. Outside of band, Phill enjoys reading, cooking and playing with his two cats, Percy and Lilly.
